I bought this product from a recommendation because I fight with intense anxiety, but I took myself off of all pharmaceutical meds and wanted only natural remedies. This product actually works rather quick for me which I wasn't expecting. I thought I'd have to take it for several weeks before seeing any results. I took one capsule during a full blown anxiety attack and within 20 to 30 minutes I was calming down. I thought maybe it was just a fluke and I would have calmed down anyways. But at the start of another anxiety attack the very next day, I took a capsule and within the same time period as before, the anxiety eased and went away. This had happened on four occasions now so I don't think it's just a fluke. And even if it's all in my head, it's working where nothing else has, so that's worth it to me. The capsules are very easy to swallow and I've had zero side effects so far. I will now research how to incorporate more of these ingredients into my natural diet as I'd rather get things from food rather than supplements, but until I figure that out and perfect it, I will definitely continue with this life changing product.
