Beyond expectations!
I bought this for my husband in preparation of the hands free cell phone usage laws to become effective in Georgia soon. He wears hearing aids and was worried that devices such as this wouldn't work well for him. He LOVES it!! He says the clarity is incredible and enjoys the volume control.
