Fantastic! If just a bit to figure out with Android for volume
UPDATE!: I did manage to figure out the volume settings on my Note 9, so the only complaint I had was resolved quickly. I'm not sure how I did it, something with developer options, but I'll chock it up to an Android thing. It just started working. The company also offered me warranty replacement for the item in the comments! This product is great. Great range of volume, no bluetooth issues, seem to hold a decent charge, sound FANTASTIC, stay in my (abnormally small) ear canals, and feel great too. I'd HIGHLY RECOMMEND this product, especially in such a day where finding good bluetooth headphones at an excellent value is so difficult! --- Old Review --- I'm a very ear-conscious person, so when I listen to music with headphones I'm usually in the bottom third any device's volume slider. That being said, even at the lowest volume these will go before muting entirely, it is LOUD (to my ears). My phone is a Galaxy Note 9, and the volume buttons on these headphones actually controls the volume slider on the phone. So at 1 notch above zero on my phone, the volume is pretty much my upper limit to what I'm comfortable listening to, both from a preference (I'm used to quiet) and a safety standpoint. I had headphones I lost a while ago that were pretty much exactly the same as these, just a different housing. I figured these products were just all reskins of each other, but those seemed to control volume of themselves - I would have my phone on a certain volume and the headphones wouldn't change it, just make it louder or quieter, which worked great and I could get it whisper quiet. I've searched around in my settings and on google for how to "unpair" a bluetooth device from controlling android device volume, but I haven't had much luck. YMMV depending on what android OS you are running or if you have an iPhone. That being said, these LOOK GREAT, FEEL GREAT in my ears, and most importantly to me as a person with funny ear canals, THEY STAY IN. That lowest volume is pretty much just right for working out in the gym where there's lots of clanging, thuds, and noise to block out. I do like these, but I can't really use them while I am reading or anything like that, it's too unsettling.
