I had purchased one previously from TJMaxx because the price was good, but I upgraded to this one because there were more attachments and power settings; therefore, control and relief options plus it all came in a case - BONUS! I used to work for a Chiropractor and I always loved getting worked on with this type of equipment. I suffer from sciatica and I've purchased the TENS Electronic Massager also but that is more for muscular and minor nerve pain, but this device really gets deep in my hip to hit the tissue to relieve pressure from the sciatic nerve. I have even taken this to work and help out some people there.
