I'm going to TRY and keep this review relatively short and sweet, but I'll probably fail. I'm positive 99% of women have worried about vaginal odor at some point in their lives. No woman wants to be intimate with their significant other if they're self conscious about their smell. But no one ever seems to want to talk about it. This is the #1 selling feminine odor product on Amazon, but there are so little reviews. I realize douching in general is a sensitive topic, but instead of being ashamed about it, I'm going to put myself out there and offer some advice and a review, which I hope will help some of you that wish to stay anonymous. As a disclaimer: I'm not paid by WaterWorks in any way shape or form. I wasn't comped a free device, nada. I have been self-conscious about my vaginal smell and discharge for so long now that it makes sex nearly impossible. And after my gynecologist checked me out and I had no infections and everything looked normal, I got really frustrated and decided to take matters into my own hands and do some research. And here I am. Okay, first and foremost. Honestly girl if you are expecting your vajayjay to smell like a scented body wash naturally... you need to re-evaluate your expectations. This product will reduce vaginal odors, but it is not a miracle product that will make your vajayjay smell like roses. And it shouldn't. Vaginas have a natural smell and each one is different, and that has a lot to do with genetics and diet (I have read that Pineapples make you taste sweeter, but that could be an urban myth as I've never tried it personally). Secondly, you will have to supplement this product with other hygiene routines. I know this seems obvious, but I felt the need to point it out anyway. I'll list out my daily routine for you at the bottom and you can read over it if you're interested. And with that being said there were some other points I wanted to make before I begin the product review. 1.) Do NOT use this product if you currently have any kind of vaginal infection or even think you have an infection. This is not a treatment for yeast infections or BV or a UTI. Go see a doctor. Seriously. 2.) Make SURE you clean the nozzle EVERY SINGLE TIME you use it. The cleaning instructions come with your package. I cannot emphasize this enough. I read a review that said that mold was growing in the tubing or in the nozzle. This is why you clean and dry your device every single time you use it. 3.) Use BODY temperature water to fill the bag. This is listed under the FAQs section on the manufacturer's website. Why would you pour scalding hot water into your vagina? That's a great way to get a urinary tract infection and funk up the ecosystem of your precious lady parts, which is the exact opposite of what this product is trying to achieve. On to the actual review. This product comes in a small box and when you open it all the parts you need are laid out neatly in a very well wrapped plastic setting. Putting together this product is a breeze. It should literally only take you maybe 3 minutes. Before I hooked up the tubing I rinsed everything out like recommended in the pamphlet. Whoever said this nozzle size was for hookers was smoking crack. I am 5'7 and I weigh 115lbs. I'm tiny, and the nozzle to me was only slightly larger than a super tampon. It fit very comfortably. The instructions are very clear on how you should use the nozzle after you have filled the bag with water and are ready to go. The stream of water was extremely gentle. Enough to wash away what you want it to wash away, but not enough to wash out the good bacteria. I have to note that to see results you'll have to use this anywhere from a few days to a few weeks. There isn't much else to say. This product is very simple to use. I have several dates listed on my calendar and will be updating this review to post long-term benefits. 1 month, 3 months, and 6 months. ~~~~~ My Daily Routine: 1.) Wash around my vagina with Summer's Eve wash 2.) Use WaterWorks 3.) Take Probiotic B000BQ8ATQ 4.) If my vagina is feeling dry I'll use B0011WYO26 Night Time: 1.) Clean around vagina with Always wipes or Cottonelle wipes. Sleep with cotton underwear for breathability. UPDATE: It hasn't been quite 1 month yet, but next week is crazy for me so I'll go ahead and update now. I'm STILL in love with this product. I usually have a discharge after my period for days because my vagina doesn't shed old blood very quickly. It's just the way my vagina works. But, I used WaterWorks after my period and have absolutely non of that grimy old-blood discharge. In addition, my vagina just feels fresher. I have used it every other day and could not be happier. My Ph levels have remained perfect, I feel clean, and the bag and nozzle are both spotless because I have kept them clean. I'm buying a second one as backup just in case this one breaks.
