I purchased this tea tumbler to replace one I had previously bought on Amazon that did not have the best ending as it was not of good quality .. I can already tell this one will be a different story! The whole experience with Pure Zen has been impeccable. Upon ordering the product I received a friendly email from Laura confirming the purchase and sending a very interesting bonus guide to teas which was a great read. As a Prime customer, the tumbler arrived as promised in two days and I was very happy when I opened the box .. everything was as promised and exceeded expectations. I have been using the tumbler twice a day for the past 3 days and I am very pleased. I drink a lot of green tea and this product is a great way to enjoy the finest teas. I particularly like that it has a double chamber and carrying case which prevents burning your hands with the hot contents on the go. It is also very well designed and I have received a few compliments already. All in all I highly recommend this product to all tea lovers without hesitation .. it is much BETTER than the others you will find on Amazon .. thank you Pure Zen!
