I wanted to style my hair for work, because i always leave it straight and boring. But i'm also usually rushing in the morning and also i don't want to use an iron and damage my hair. So, i got these hot rollers. I've tried this before in the past and loved it but with a different brand. I hated the clip if they had for the rollers though, it left a kink in my hair. These ones as you can see are thin wires and won't leave a kink. They worked great! It takes practice. Try doing it without them hot first, just to get the technique down. I started by taking maybe an inch or two of hair (same lengths) and wrap it around the roller a few times, then roll my hair over the ends to hold it in place. Now i hold the rollers with the end that faced UP out of the tray, as the bottom end IS SUPER HOT and BURNED my finger!! If you hold the end that stuck up, it's fine. Then i use my other free hand and insert the wire clip around it. Make sure to install it such that the longer end is parallel to your hair, otherwise it'll unroll a few inches. First couple strands i did i did HORRIBLE. It was a hot mess. But by the time i did a few more i had figured out the technique. So don't get discouraged, it'll take some practice. Despite half my hair having me rolled it terribly, i think the results still came out fantastic! Check out the pics. I LOVE my rollers and want to use these daily. I'll post more pics as i figure out more techniques. BTW it doesn't tell you, but the orange/red sticker on one of them will turn white when ready. It doesn't say that in the instructions.
