I just used my machine for the first time and I like it very much except for three things. First, the cord is way too short. I don't like the fact that you have to keep unplugging and plugging it back in when you're using it. The cord needs to be at least 10' longer. Second, you can't shut it off at the machine. You have to unplug it if you have to move something. Third, it doesn't have a resting mat, so that you can leave it to cool without harming your floors. I DO like the cleaning pads. They do a wonderful job cleaning the floors with little effort.
