Once I understood the basics of how to play this game, I quickly realized two things: 1. The game includes additional In-App Purchases! 2. I could easily play AND advance WITHOUT spending any of my own money! If you take your time to learn how to play this game correctly, you can play for a long time. You'll even have access to play all of G5's new updates, absolutely free! It only takes getting to know the game, then developing a strategic plan; carefully calculating your moves in order to gain as many extra coins, crystals & energy, tools, as well as collecting talisman, of which will prove to be invaluable as you move along in the game. If you truly would like to ad advance and discover all the wonderful tthings this game has to offer, one must be willing to learn how to & exactly when to, use items or, exactly when to conserve them! Although this is critical for any further advancement, it is not at all difficult to do. PATIENCE is important. If you should happen to run out of coins, energy and/or crystals; depending upon where you are in the game, goals you have achieved or items you may have already collected; you'll be "Rewarded" with more over a period of time....for free! So, if you don't mind waiting in order to continue playing but you don't want or don't have the real cash to spend, then....simply wait it out a little while (about an hour) and you'll receive enough to be able to get back into the game to play a little more. I've been playing this game since the day of its release and have not had to spend any money at all. I've only had to wait for a little over an hour to receive more coins to continue playing & that was in the very beginning of the game. Now, that I know more on how to play the game, I haven't had to wait at all. The Secret Society: Hidden Mystery has an addictive quality to it. I've had a VERY hard time putting it down! Those of you who love the Hidden Object genre will likely enjoy this. There are several opportunities to play both the picture & silhouette-type of hidden objects. For those of you who enjoy the Mini-Puzzles & Point & Click genre, you too, will likely have fun playing this game as well! I highly recommend this one to anyone who enjoys playing either HO or PAC genres. The game is practically un-ending; with G5's occasional, free updates. And, there is LOTS of replayability! All of this for free! What more could you ask for? =D **EDIT** I've recently discovered the benefits of adding FRIENDS. Now, this does NOT mean you need to pester any of your real friends by spamming them by way of; Facebook, Twitter or Email. What it does mean is: Tap on the Friends icon on the bottom lower left of the game's HOME screen, then click the tab labeled 'Invite'. Here you'll find 6 randomly chosen players you can invite to be added as a friend. If they accept, you'll be notified. The more friends you have, the more gifts and help you give by 'visiting' them, the better! Why is it better? Well, friends help to increase points, give clues, give gifts in the form of items you've been searching for, etc. Since I've added friends, I've noticed my experience points increase by three-fold!
