Bought in July and used it last night noticed a hole. Easy to use and a solid airbed. It is on the loud side but inflates and deflates rather quickly. last night we tried to use it. Woke up in the am to a deflated bed. Guessing we got a defective product. most likely a weakening in the lining which upon inflating caused it to tear. Reached out to company to see if I can get a replacement. Depending on what they say I will update my review. update 9/13/19 I emailed customer service and they responded next day. I attached purchase order and the picture above in the email. They processed a new order and sent me another bed. Great customer service. bumped up stars.
