This is a nice pillow. It's not too thick and the contouring is not too stark, but the memory foam itself is just the right density to allow your head to sink in a little while your neck remains supported. That, in my mind, is what these contoured pillows are supposed to do. It says its "adjustable", but that just means there are layers of the memory foam and you can remove a layer to adjust it. For me, I like it just the way it is. It does come with an extra pillow case, which is a nice touch... one in the laundry while the other's in use. And the pillow case has this sorta "quilted" surface which seems to give it a nice look. I recommend it!
