Updated - oh man. Neat!! We've put it up and down 5 times now. Getting way better at it. And its been awesome for Santa. Wow. We took the tent to a park to try setting it up. Pretty amazing to tell the truth. Took us about 15 minutes. Pretty sure we will get faster as the season runs on. Its big. Roomy. Warm. Simple to put up and pretty simple to take down. This is the 15x15. I'd say 2 people easy. 1? We shall see. Maybe. If you're spry and know what you're doing. Maybe. -- I am going to guess at... maybe 7 to 8 minutes with 2 people who are practiced for setup. Over all im really pleased. Heavy zippers. Nice strong frame that is also really flexy. Taking it down was easier than I figured. Again... Really pleased. We will update this as the Santa season runs. I can hardly wait to set in there waving as cars drive by and Ho ho'ing when good kids stop by.
