This was a “gift” for my wife last Christmas. (I put gift in quotes because it was practically a gift to myself since it’s used to make delicious cookies.) Anyway, it worked great last year. We were greatful that we decided to get a “good” one that we’d have for years to come. Well, we just got it out to make more Christmas cookies. As soon as she pulled the trigger an internal piece of plastic broke, a spring went flying, and we were left with a mess, a broken cookie press, and no cookies for our (now crying) kids to decorate. Really disappointed as OXO has been a go-to brand for us. LONG OVERDUE UPDATE: Forgot to update this 3 years ago, but this was replaced free of cost and the replacement is still going strong 3 years later. Upping my rating based on the quick replacement and good quality.
