I started taking this as an anti-inflammatory. I have arthritis in every joint and my wrists and hands were very achy. Some days I wanted to just chop them off. I take two of these every day and my aches have mostly subsided. I cut back to one pill a day and the aches increased again. It takes about a month for the effects to kick in. I am very thankful I found this.
