I want to clear up some confusion on this product with this review. 1) The pictures in the review showing some clear pills and some white/ cloudy pills might confuse people. The product has coconut oil. Coconut oil is by far the best filler to use. However, since it is coconut oil, it will change based on temperature. If stored in a cold place, the pills will turn white as coconut oil does- THIS IS NORMAL. ITS COCONUT OIL. When put in a mild temperature, it will go back to its clear state. This does not affect the quality of the product. All coconut oil does this. 2) CARRAGEENAN REMOVED: I want people to know how rare it is to find a company that will reformulate a product based on a few negative reviews. This product used to contain carrageenan. If you go to the 1 star reviews that was everyone's problems with the product. Sports Research REFORMULATED their product and removed carrageenan because of these reviews. 3) The negative: My product came in the mail and the seal was broke and the pills inside were covered in an oil. Hopefully Sports Research can look at the lot number and see if its a problem with this batch. LOT NUMBER: D17038 EXP 04/2019
