Simple design and construction as expected. I received it within a few days of ordering. I am a home health physical therapist and have a lot of discussion/conversation with clients in their home where we often have to sit 2-3' away from each other due to small spaces in the home. I have worn one for 3 visits so far and it did not fog, it was comfortable wearing for over an hour at a time and I felt much more protected than with just a simple surgical mask that we are to use for a week's worth of patient visits due to PPE shortages. It will be especially useful for use with clients who are hard of hearing and need to read my lips to understand. I appreciate this company's help during these difficult times. I have now used this product for several months during home health visits in some extremely hot home situations. It has continued to be hold up well. I have not had any problem with fogging. I do wear a surgical mask underneath it and find that condensation will form on the inside of the shield at times from the moisture of my breath. I clean the shield easily and effectively with an alcohol prep pad. My clients find the extra precaution reassuring and on rare occasions when my client is very hard of hearing I will use the face shield on its own with the mask pulled down so they can read my lips. This is not with anyone who is actively infectious/positive for COVID 19. I store the shields in a little used closet hanging from a hanger and they have held up well.
