My experience was positive. Desk was simple to put together, worked well, only issue I had was that the wires weren't in all the way and the error message for that provided no help. I think the error was "e06" and the manual gave no helpful description so I took the wires apart and forced them all back into their sockets as hard as I could, one just popped out so that was the issue, plugged that back in and it worked fine. Height memory worked, there is a slight wobble sometimes but I think that may be me needing to tighten the desk some more but it could be because the desktop is in two pieces. One day I tried to raise the desk and instead it just stayed with a control screen of "---" instead of the usual number display and the buttons don't do anything. No presets working, up and down arrows do nothing. So now I am left with just a desk. Not sure what happened? It worked last week. I couldn't find the instructions so I looked them up for a different similar desk. I had to perform a hard reset. I unplugged the power for a minute, then plugged it back in for a minute. THEN held both arrows down until the desk hit it's lowest level. Then the numbers reappeared on the display and it worked again. Apparently a hard reset is the most common fix with these desks and many number pads go back to sellers only needing this to fix it.
