Great pruner, but compare this "large size" to the Felco F-6 for a smaller hand. The only reason that I did not give this pruner 5 stars is the incomplete description. The F-2 is the "large" size of this pruner, while the smaller size is the F-6 (sells for a few dollars less). I bought this for my wife. As a pruner, Felco are simply the best (far superior than the $20 types sold at big box stores). The problem is that the description of this item does not make clear that the F-2 is designed for a large hand. I am an average sized adult man, and my "hand width" (from the tip of my thumb to the tip of my pinky) is 9 1/2 inches. The F-2 is perfect for me. For someone with a smaller hand, the F-6 might be a far better choice. The description on Amazon should make that clear.
