No complaints here. I have had a Black and Decker under the counter can opener for what seems like forever and there always seems to be an issue in getting the can opener to accept the can, etc... Well, it finally just stopped working. So, I searched for a replacement and was about to buy the Black and Decker under the counter latest model but it now has a cover lid which you have to pull down to use the can opener and that wouldn't work for me based on where the can opener is positioned. So, I did my research on can openers and ultimately decided on this one. I have to say I am very well pleased. Up until now I thought a can opener is a can opener, but that isn't the case. This is easy to use and cuts around the can, in fact you can't even tell the can is opened. No rough edges and it cuts smooth and evenly. I have been used to the jagged edges and then sometimes prying open the can when the can opener misses a spot, etc. This can opener opens can after can with no issues. I got the same result each time I have used it. See video of opening a can of diced tomatoes. It really can't get any easier. You just lift up handle, put can under metal bar, push down handle to lock in can and press down to cut can open. You can easily hear when the can opener is done. It does small, medium and large cans (meaning standard large can from the grocery store, not the Smart and Final industrial size cans). If anything changes, I will update this review.
