Come on, this is a good product! Before buying it I read all sort of reviews talking about a design flaws, poor suction power, etc. I think people is not smart enough to get the right product for it needs. Im very happy with this vacuum for the following reasons: 1) Its small, comfortable (for normal hands) and lightweight. 2) Its always ready thanks to its charging wall mount. 3) Charge is enough for any quick cleaning work. Main issues people is complaining: 1) Bad suction power. This product will not be effective on hard to clean areas like dense, wool, large fiver carpets. Its intended for flat areas and visible debris. Dont try to remove pet hair or sticky particles, these wont be easily cleaned even with more powerful vacuums. 2) Short battery life. Of course you wont be using it for 30 minutes non-stop because its not itended for that. This is for quick jobs only. Use it and leave it on the wall mount for next time. 3) You have to hold on the power button. So what? This is so convenient for one reason. You wont be wasting its short battery charge while moving around. You will turning it on every time you position on the next spot. 4) Loud. Really? Its a vacuum for Christ sake. 5) Design flaw - air vent blows out dirt. Well, if you are smart enough you will suction at 45 degrees angle and you wont have any blowing issues. 6) Not comfortable for handling - Are your hands very small?
