I've had this item for 2 weeks now and love it. I've used it twice so far with 4 bikes each time. We have one 24", two 26" and one 28" mountain bike. As long as you alternate the direction the bikes are facing it shouldn't take you more than 5 minutes to load the bikes. I used to have the Thule Parkway 4-bike rack but it was painful trying to put on and take off 4 bikes, especially since almost none of our bikes have the normal straight frame that is needed with dual-arm hitch racks. It's fairly heavy but I can still put it on and take it off the hitch by myself.
