This blouse fits just as expected...I usually wear a size 14 or XL and I ordered an XL. It fit well but I could not have worn a large so I wouldn't suggest sizing down especially if you are busty. The fabric is nice quality and not scratchy at all. The v-neck hits at a nice place...not too low cut which is what I wanted since I will wear it to work. It washes well and steams out easily. I purchased the gold color which wasn't see through at all. I love the sheer accents on the sleeves and I received many compliments on this blouse. I would purchase it again!
