This product only worked for about 3 months,and then the light stopped working. (Yes, I replaced the batteries). Loved it while it worked, but disappointed in the short lifespan. I can still use the magnifying glass, but have to use a small flashlight to illuminate some of the small print. UPDATE: iMagniphy contacted me and pointed out that there is a LIFETIME Warranty on their products. They were concerned that their product was not working correctly and that they had not achieved customer service. They immediately sent out a replacement magnifying glass that is working great. I am SOOOO impressed with their concern for customer satisfaction and the quality of their products. It works great and makes my life so much easier to have a magnifying glass with a light that is so easy to use and so comfortably designed. I will absolutely use this vendor again and will tell me friends of the product itself.
