I thought this item worked very well for me! I left out in the car after break since the metal detectors went off while wearing it and I noticed a big difference when I went back into work that I decided it's worth taking off for 2 breaks and a lunch at work for the metal detectors. it's super supporting and comfort is great! My lower back feels awesome. I may be replacing this item with a waist trimmer if my waist trimmer gives me the same support, comfort and doesnt set off the metal detector. We will see tonight. This is a must have though!
