If you want a nice hot home cooked meal while out on the road then the HotLogic Mini oven is the solution. My work requires me to drive anywhere between 10 to 12 hours a day and I was spending way too much money on food while working so this thing has saved me some major bucks. In my case, the Hotlogic Mini Oven paid for itself within the first week of use. What I like to do is keep several meals in a cooler (I keep the food in Pyrex 6 cup rectangle containers). When I get in the car, I simply pull out a meal, place it in the portable oven, zip it closed, plug it in and forget about it until it's time to eat. When I'm ready to eat in a few hours, the food is hot and fresh. When I'm done eating, I simply pull out another meal and repeat the process again. I absolutely love this thing. My one and ONLY complaint is that they don't make a version with a 12-volt plug for car use. No biggie though...you just need a power inverter which you can get for about $20.
