I purchased 2 of these ponchos - one blue, one purple - a few days before a trip to Yosemite, after seeing rain in the forecast. So glad that I did! They are inexpensive, lightweight but sturdy (the material was thicker than I had expected for the price) and kept us dry while we wandered around in the rain. The snap button closures are very secure and the colors were true to what I saw on the product page. As for the sizing - I'm 5'4" and the poncho came down to mid-calf. My husband is 5'11" and the poncho came down to his knees. I initially hesitated to buy these because several of the product reviews are from people who received them for free or at some sort of discount, but I was pleasantly surprised and happy with my purchase.
