This is the best invention for a pasta lover who wants to eat with less guilt. I love this machine. I've now bought 3 more for friends and family. We're all using it. The best way I've found is to use 3/4 zucchini and 1/4 regular pasta to give it a little starchy flavor. I've tossed it with roasted tomatoes, garlic and onions, topped with Parmesan Cheese. I've done traditional marinara and sausage, I've also tossed with Basil Pesto and Sun Dried Tomato Pesto. The regular pasta can be cooked first and then for the last minute, add the zucchini pasta to the water so it only cooks a minute or so. Then drain thoroughly. I've also made the best potato chips ever with this slicer. They are very thin and uniform in size. The machine itself is good quality, sturdy and blades are VERY sharp.
