I LOVE THIS PRODUCT! I have two Bengals which are extremely high energy. Deuter uses his (2) as a way to burn off energy. In the morning he will bang on it until I turn it on. He will usually use one or the other one about 3 times a day. THIS IS A MUST HAVE PRODUCT IF YOU HAVE AN ACTIVE KITTY! I have been especially impressed with their replacement parts policy...FREE!!!!! In this video you will see Deuter abusing, with much passion, his beloved toy. Shortly after this video, a part was lost (and probably played with until it ran under something). This was the first time we couldn't find the bottom spindle after 8 months of extensive abuse. I contact the manufacturer and they are sending both a new spindle and elastic...FREE!!! YOU JUST CANNOT GO WRONG WITH THIS COMPANY'S WARRANTY PROGRAM! LOVE THIS!\
