Update: company is amazing! They sent me a whole new set and let me keep the old set. Which is ever so generous and kind. Thanks for great customer service! Love the lights. They're beautiful and seem well made BUT my remote for them doesn't work at all. I even went and bought new batteries to see if that'd make them work. But it didn't. :( can't find where I can contact the company so hopefully I can get help by bringing it to their attention here. I'd love to have a working remote for my lights please!
