This product is amazing. My unit came fully charged and I bought the V-White pump-paste with it. I tried it right away. Some tips: -- Don't bite down! Your first instinct when something is vibrating in your mouth is to bite down and stop it. JUST RELAX. Like in the movie "The King's Speech" let the microphone do the work. -- After my second use I was amazed at how CLEAN and FRESH my mouth felt. -- Note that recharging through the base unit is done via a USB cord, and the instructions misspelled USB as UBS. This is no big deal since most travel kits use USB to charge items & phones. My Galaxy S7 cord worked fine. -- In my case the mouthpiece did NOT extend to the rear molars -- so don't give up FLOSSING those back teeth.
