This is the third time I've ordered Penetrex since December. I thought I'd be fine without it, but was I wrong. For the last two or three years, I've lived with intermittent severe and chronic pain in my feet caused by rheumatoid arthritis. The pain sometimes keeps from standing or walking for extended periods of time. Over the course of six or eight weeks, Penetrex has helped. It helped so much, I thought I no longer needed it. Not so. The pain is under control. I can now skip a day or two with no ill effect. When I started, I applied it four times a day. Now, usually once in the morning is fine. If i've been on my feet a great deal, I apply some at night as well. At times, my toes cramp. Massaging Penetrex into my toes and feet offers almost immediate relief. It's a good product.
