There is little fault to be found with this spiralizer. Construction materials are adequate, easy to assemble and break down for storage, and easy clean-up. What more could you ask for at a bargain price? Well, unfortunately there is a minor versatility issue which leaves a center core of any vegetable one would desire to spiral cut. A creative person would instantly find other uses for the spent cores, but I am not that resourceful and just toss them in the rubbish. The spiralizer does make beautiful thin spirals for many dishes as promised, but also remains a core of dubious rejects that are wasted as part of the process. Most budget spiral machines have this same design so the reject core issue is not unique to this particular machine or brand.
