I repeat do not smooth down and then smooth up as this will cause the wax to stick to you and not pull any hair out. Once you smooth downward then proceed to pull against the grain in a swift motion. The hair will be easily removed. Another tip is to be sure that you are not sweating. Have a towel handy to dry off the area prior to applying the strip. It has been rare that I needed to apply the strip more than once in the same spot. Nad's strips have been the most effective way to remove unwanted body hair for me.
