I am a 59 y/o retired woman. For many years, I have been fighting chronic internal shingles. It has been a nightmare. I have spent most of my time in bed, in horrible pain. Finally, I am getting a break from the shingles. However, this nightmare wreaked havoc on my body and mind. Weak, out of shape, no muscle mass, HORRIBLE leg circulation, etc.. My physician said I MUST exercise. How do you exercise when you feel so bad, and your legs feel like painful logs of wood? I started searching the internet for options, and I found the LifePro 3D Vibration Plate. I didn’t know if it would help, but I thought I would give it a try. I was desperate! When I first got on it, because I was so out of shape, it was a little rough. But, every single day, I got stronger, and it got easier. After only a couple of weeks, I was SHOCKED at the changes I was experiencing! When I first got on her, it was depressing to see how much of me was jiggling. 😊 Not now! When I first got on her, my legs were feeling like painful logs of wood. Not now! When I first got on her, my balance was horrible. Not now! If someone had told me a vibration plate would do all of this for me in two weeks, I would have laughed at them. When LifePro came out with the 4D Rumblex, I was excited to try that machine too. I loved my 3D. I would have been perfectly happy forever with her. But, I love the 4D more. These machines have given me my life back. My legs feel great. They are looking pretty fine too! I have feeling in ALL of my toes! The other day, I saw my butt on a video clip from my security camera. I have been watching her head south for years. She has gone north, and is perky. Oh my! 😊 Yes, the cosmetic changes are a nice benefit, but let me get back to the serious stuff. I feel good! That is huge! I love my LifePro Vibration Plates! I am telling my friends. So far, I have given one friend a 4D as a gift. I am going to purchase more as gifts. These machines rock! The company rocks! Their ‘customer service’ is incredible! Thank you LifePro!
