I started using this product mid June.; I had issues with retaining length. When I would detangle I would have clumps of hair in my hand. I tried different methods and the chebe was exactly what I needed. At this point I have little to no breakage or shedding. When applying this ; I spray my hair with a water mixture ( tailored to my hair), I apply a leave in ( placenta de ovejo), a diy oil and the I mix the chebe with anti breakage blu magic hairfood. I know this seems like alot but I have high porosity hair and have to work hard at retaining moisture. I DO NOT put it on my scalp, only the strands. Some people have done it, I don't. Things I noticed with this regimen was of course minimal shedding and breakage. My hair has body and movement, manageable and I did notice my curl pattern changed ( became looser and more defined ) . Overall this is a great product and will be a staple in my hair regimen.
