After sending back 4 other brands of key finders I tried CUBE key finder last. All the other brands either didn't pair or APP failed on my Samsung Smartphone Note. Almost all other brands had no e-mail or telephone numbers listed with device for customer service. With CUBE your find good all English instructions enclosed with, plus even how to "contact us" on the APP. The TEST on what could be worse case scenario with key lost. First I muted my phone leaving Bluetooth on which is normal but turned off all settings (Sound, Vibration,& notification) on the CUBE App. Next I left the CUBE at my brothers house and drove a few miles away and reopen the CUBE App. Bingo, map came up with pin drop and with message on screen "last location seen" ,with time & date, it was my brothers address. Went back to my brothers who had placed the CUBE in unknown spot for me to find. Simply open CUBE App again turning back on previously setting and found it quickly. Remember with the CUBE settings all off it might be good at office meeting because phone will not ring if you press the CUBE by mistake. Secret is I always leave Bluetooth on because its needed for my headset or Jeep phone to work. So even if you forgot settings on CUBE App its last location of any keys left behind will still display and be a big help. I'm a retired mil tech and received nothing for my review. PS: Having LOOKOUT service also permits me to find my phone on any computer and this CUBE will aid also for quick find.
