I bought this after a long bout of trying to figure out if I had chronic fatigue syndrome, Epstein Barr virus, etc. After concluding I had Epstein Barr virus due to the incredible feeling of swelling in my neck lymph nodes, I purchased this product, took three scoops a day for three weeks, and never felt my lymph nodes again. Note that you must be careful to build up to three scoops a day or you can start to feel very bad. I was very pleased with the product, the manufacturer website makes it seem like a high quality product (guaranteeing certain percentages of ingredients). I also used the Health from the Sun pills, and they didn't seem to produce as powerful of a bad feeling in me when upping the doses as Ultimate did (which is a bad thing, in this case). Aside from this, this is THE CHEAPEST way to purchase monolaurin, by far. Lauricidin: $39/224g = 17 cents a gram Health from the Sun: $9/49.5g = 18 cents a gram Ultimate: $56/558g = 10 cents a gram
