Hopefully, this helps you if you are on bigger side.. 250sh lbs 5'7 40D bought XL fits perfect still has an extra maybe inch to inch and half extra room within abdominal area. (I am fuller in that area) If you want a bit much looser fit id size up. Material is very light and its soft enough. I bought an extra one because its good quality. I WOULD FOLLOW THE INTRUCTIONS FOR WASHING CAREFULLY. In that way it doesnt shrink.
