We Purchased the Yeswelder welding helmet model LYG M800H A on August 10, 2019. GREAT HELMET, weak headgear. Upon first use, outstanding! Shortly there after, aproximately 1week, the headgear began to fail. September 30, 2019 the headgear completely gave out. Due to how nice the helmet is, we chose to purchase a quality headgear that was as close as a direct replacement as possible. The Lincoln Viking 3350 helmet headgear fits beautifully and was a simple changeout! The LINCOLN REPLACEMENT HEADGEAR PART NUMBER IS (KP3908-1). This takes a very good helmet and makes it great! The headgear was purchased at my local welding supply store $21.88. So for the helmet and NEW QUALITY headgear, less than $90.00! You will be hard-pressed to find a helmet with these features for less, including the new headgear. When I purchase another one of these helmets I will purchase a new Lincoln Viking headgear at the same time. Before use, I will change the headgear out and have a near perfect helmet!
