Everything about this product has been great. Arrived quickly in good condition and was easy to connect. I used a set of surge protectors ahead of the switch and was worried about how that might effect the resolution and the operation. No problem. Everything started right up and the setup wizard worked well. I called tech support to help me with a couple of questions and they were great. Very patient with me and stayed on the line until I got everything set. Highly recommend this company and this set. Update: Called Tech Support to bail me out of some changes to programing I made and messed up. They took control of my system via the internet and fixed everything with me on the telephone and watching on the computer. They spent about 40 minutes upgrading some firmware on all 6-cameras and were actually happy to help. Great tech support.
