Finally got around to installing this to replace a previous piece of junk version. What a difference. It's like they understood (1) what a pain it is to get in a narrow space under the sink and (2) how much abuse a trash can mechanism really takes. This thing is solid. 8 screws go into the base. With a power screwdriver I swear it took 5 minutes flat. Worth it. Don't mess with the other white-painted flimsy versions.
