This product was easy to use and I love how it left the device inflated. It did help me with my radiculopathy pain in my arm which stemmed from damaged cervical discs. Though I had a bit of a problem with the pump coming off the metal end of the tube, the owner reached out to me and and asked if I could send a picture. I've been unable to do that since I was just diagnosed with another neurological condition. I later got another e-mail for compensation. I never thought a company would actually do this. This product is great and Branfit company's customer service is awesome!!!
