The checks were projected to arrive in 7-11 days; mine arrived in five! Placing the order is not very intuitive, so here are some guidelines (some figured out by me, others learned after I had received the order and decided to read through the entire list of questions). 1. You must enter the information (double-check it) carefully, because you will not get a check image to 'approve' before placing the order. However, if you email the seller after placing the order, you can request that they send you a PDF of the check image before actually printing the checks. 2. To personalize, you click 'customize now' (on some browsers, you need to click this button twice). 3. The information is added in three steps. There are 3 boxes at the bottom of the next screen ("Surface" 1, 2, and 3).. Clicking on each brings you to a page where you fill in different parts of the information. 4. There are 5 lines for entering your personal information. The first is called 'name', the second is 'street', and the third is 'city,state,zip'; the fourth and fifth are for optional info. YOU DON'T NEED TO FOLLOW THOSE LABELS. For example, I was ordering checks for a joint account. I put the first person's name on the 'name' line, the second person's name on the 'street' line, the street address on the 'city, state, zip' line, and our city, state, zip on the fourth line. As you type the information, it appears in a large box to the left. Use this opportunity to double-check your information. 5. I wish that I had known the following: If you want any of the personal information bolded, you need to contact the seller after you place the order. (I would have preferred to have the names bolded). I am very pleased with the quality of the checks. They came in 5 'pads' of 25 checks each, with a few deposit slips at the back of each pad, plus a transaction register. I would definitely order again. However, for my own peace of mind, I'd probably contact the seller as soon as I had placed the order and request a check image (and I'd also ask them to bold the names).
