Affordable
When I had my twins I knew that I needed another crib, but I also had learned a few things from my firstborn. When I was pregnant with my first child I searched for ages to find the 'perfect crib. I spent a LOT of money but I told myself it would convert to a full size bed so it was worth it. Fast forward to today (3 years later) and that gorgeous, expensive crib looks horrible. My son coslept the first 18 months and never chewed on it. My guess is the two times we moved must have caused the distressing despite being careful. My point is these cribs are not made of true hard wood and they don't last. You either need to spend the money on say an Amish solid wood crib or spend under 200 and cut your losses when you're done with having kids. With all this information/experience I set out to find a nice looking and affordable crib. This crib met that criteria. It was easy for me to put together and it actually seems sturdier than my other crib despite costing much less. The only negative I have is that I thought this crib was white or maybe off white based on the pictures but it is definitely cream. Although I would have preferred something whiter it wasn't a big deal, just something I thought I'd note for others.
