Okay... I've had the drone for a few weeks now and I am ready to review. This is going to be a long one so stop reading now if you are not interested. or have a life... :) Sure, I chose this drone because of the features and low price to some extent but most of all; the great things said about their support! I have found this to be true. Use the email ca@holystone.com. The other did not work well. The drone is incredibly stable. It flies like a dream. Beware of mild to strong winds outside as the drone is not all that heavy or powerful. Be ready on the speed switch in case you need that extra burst of power! I did have problems! I had a few motor failures (some my fault). I contacted Holy Stone and replacement was handled straight away without leaving me with a feeling that I did anything wrong and they were doing me a favor. GREAT customer support! (As others have noted). I replaced the motors myself. They directed me to a video on you tube and after that, I authored a motor replacement guide in PDF format. I am sure they would share that with you if needed. Just ask for Fanny, she knows of the document. The video is nice! Albeit the live stream lags a little and is a bit choppy. I would not recommend relying on this to fly the drone sight unseen. Best to keep it in your sight. I uploaded a short clip for demo. Recorded inside with normal ceilings and I still managed NOT to hit my wife's good glass decorations or wake the cat. Would I buy this or another drone from Holy Stone. Yes, definitely! The support is what matters to me most. Without that it would be a motor-burnt pile of black plastic and propellers, suitable for making a really weird looking planter with cool lighting... Cheers!
