I used a similar product from another company, and it really helped. It dropped my cholesterol low enough that they took me off of my meds. It stayed low while I was taking it, but when I couldn’t find that brand anymore, I quit. My cholesterol went back up, and I landed back on prescriptions. I eat healthy, but genetics aren’t in my favor. I found this brand, which appears to be the same as the other brand I was taking, but it costs a little less. I like that it doesn’t give me “fish burps” like the non-vegan Omega 3 supplements do. So far, so good. I have my next set of labs coming up soon!
