1. This product needs to be refrigerated. It's written on the package, but I wish it were even more obvious (sticker on the cap?). Because even though I read this on Amazon when I ordered, by the time I received it, I had forgotten, and left the bottle on my counter for a couple of hours, and then when I used it, read the note that it needs to be refrigerated. This short period doesn't seem to have affected the potently very much. 2. From my non-medical professional, layperson's novice research, many people who suffer from chronic bad breath, unknowingly suffer from tonsil stones. I suffer from tonsil stones, and at least twice per year have sinus infections that cause me to "mouth-breathe" at night and have post-nasal drip, these are the problems that cause my bad breath problem. and ordered and recently received my order of this item and the Kiss My Face Breath Blast Mouthrinse from Amazon. I started using them both immediately. Also according to my (again, nonprofessional) online research, tonsil stone sufferers should not use mouthwash containing alcohol or saccharin. From what I've read, the alcohol kills all bacteria, even the good guys. I can't remember why saccharin is not advised. Anyway, This, along with another reviewer's recommendation here on Amazon, is why I ordered the Kiss My Face mouthwash. I have tried numerous brands from stores. The mouthwash is a little potent, although not as strong as Listerine original. I've also had some success with the "Tom's of Maine" brand of mouthwash, but haven't tried it in conjunction with the oralbiotic. 3. I have already noticed a huge improvement in my breath. I noticed a difference the first day. I probably went a little overboard, and used four tablets the first day. I am using two per day now. I am using one after breakfast and brushing, and one at bedtime after brushing and using the Breath Blast. Do what works for you, but I am using them at a time when I know I won't be having anything to eat or drink for at least 30 minutes to allow the good bacteria to colonize my mouth. 4. If I find that this isn't working for some reason, I'll update this review when I am back on Amazon looking for something better. For now, I can't even explain how happy I am that I can talk face-to-face with people without fear of them getting a whiff of my bad breath. I just came back on Amazon to order this for a friend, a testimony to how well it has worked for me.
