I bought this product MOSTLY based off the review that said it could suck a fart out of carpet. My dog has had medical problems that causes a leaky butt.. you get where I'm going with this? It has removed every stain thus far. The cleaner did leave some bleached looking spots on my one rug.. but TBH the rug came with the house and I LOATHE it anyways. Rug and carpet is all still soft though. Definitely recommend! I also have a Bissell crosswave and that thing doesn't do ANYTHING. Its just all around the worst. So choose your Bissell products carefully.
