I have suffered from sever ringing in my ears for 25 plus years. It is caused primarily from anti-inflammatory medications I need to take daily. It had become so bad when home I needed to have the TV on or music to tone down the sound in my ears. Getting to sleep has been a problem for years also. I finally purchased a good sound machine and listened to rain falling to get myself to fall asleep. Then a couple weeks ago I was listening to a show where this product was mentioned and how it helped the ringing in the ears from damage to the small hair like fibers in our ears, I believe they attributed this as the main part of the ear to case ringing if damaged. This can also be caused from listening to or being around loud noises without proper ear protection. All of us who have been to a loud concert can relate when we noticed what our ears felt like the next day. Anyways, to the point, in just two weeks I don't need the sound machine on to get to sleep, or I can read in silence at home without any background noise to drown out the loud ringing in my ears. This is just fantastic, and I pray this can been helpful information to somebody else in my same shoes. Best of luck.
