I both love and hate this mirror. It provides, with horrifying clarity, two well-lit views -- one regular and one grotesquely magnified. The lighting is akin to daylight thus I no longer wear powdered blush like an 18th-century Parisian. I am also impressed with the construction of the mirror which is sleek and sturdy, allowing me to blow dry my hair without fear of knocking the mirror off of my dresser in my cramped space. Also, easy to clean and dust because it has no ridiculous nooks & crannies - a step-up from the box make up mirrors of the past (although one does miss the three light filters). A great value IF you don't mind becoming aware of every blemish, enlarged pore, scar, wrinkle, errant hair, or sun spot that your face has to offer.
